Registration Fees 1)

1) No VAT requested according to § 4.22 UStG

2) Personal DECHEMA-, VDI-GVC-members and EFCE/EFC passport holders

3) First member of each academic research group pays the full academic rate, additional members pay the reduced rate (only if registration forms are sent together)

The conference ticket includes the book of abstracts, list of participants, meals and beverages during the breaks.

In general there is no registration deadline as long as free capacity is available. Please note: Registrations done after 1 March 2010 are not guaranteed to appear in the list of participants. Confirmation of registration and the invoice will be sent on receipt of the registration form .

Payment
Fees should be remitted after the receipt of the invoice in favour of DECHEMA e.V. stating the invoice number, to one of the DECHEMA accounts as stated in the invoice. Payment by credit card is also possible (see registration form).

Cancellation
EUR 30,- administrative costs will be charged for cancellations made before March 1, 2010. Thereafter 80% of the registration fee will be invoiced, however the book of abstracts will be sent. Cancellation needs to be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail).
