Chemical Energy Research

(Coordination Group with GDCh, DBG, DGMK and VCI

The Chemical Energy Research Coordination Group is supported not only by DECHEMA, but also by GDCh, DBG, DGMK and VCI. The objective is to identify innovative contributions from chemistry to energy provision for society and to trigger pertinent research activities. This should create an information platform and contact forum for industry and academia where energy research is treated in depth from the perspective of chemistry.
The planning of a future energy system and control of investments in research activities must be based on a realistic potential assessment, which the coordination group is currently compiling.
