Subject Division High Pressure Technology

 

The Subject Division deals with physical, chemical and technical issues of high-pressure applications. This involves practically every industrial sector from the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to the semiconductor industry through to food technology.

  • Measuring methods
  • High-pressure reactions and separation processes
  • Materials and novel materials
  • New methods, e.g. biological processes under high pressure, ultra-fine purification methods in the medical equipment industry
  • Design, construction, and operation of high-pressure equipment and machinery
  • Materials, safety, corrosion
