Electrochemical Processes

Working Party

The Working Party perceives its role as that of an intermediary between electrochemical basic research and its technological application. Its activities focus on discussion of the latest R&D results that serve the exchange of ideas and experience in all technically relevant areas of electrochemistry. In particular, this means electrochemical process engineering, reaction engineering, energy technology, environmental technology, measurement techniques and surface engineering. Special importance is attached to proposals for research topics that can lead to BMWi (Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology) applications. This includes assessing and reporting on submitted and ongoing research proposals.
