Education and In-Training in Process Engineering

Subject Division

The Subject Division addresses the education of process engineers, chemical engineers and bioengineers at universities and universities of applied sciences in Germany. It aims to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and experience with novel forms of learning and teaching and to inform young people about access to tertiary education in process engineering, thus ensuring a new generation of scientists for universities, industry and administration.
Areas of special interest:

  • Professional development of young scientists
  • Access and educational pathways in process engineering
  • Novel forms of learning and teaching
  • Lifelong learning
  • Promotion of engineers
